NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 27th of March 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-000282-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS INDENTURED TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CWABS INC, ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2007-SEA1, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, WILLIAM RANDALL SMITH A/K/A WILLIAM R. SMITH; JULIA SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM RANDALL SMITH A/K/A WILLIAM R. SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIA SMITH; STATE OF FLORIDA-DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of December 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
