Final Judgment was awarded on November 3, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2020CA000546CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL HILL A/K/A MICHAEL D. HILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL HILL A/K/A MICHAEL D. HILL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 10.0 FEET AND SOUTHWESTERLY 10.0 FEET THEREOF FOR HIGGINSON ROAD.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
