NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 09, 2021, and Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure dated November 6, 2021, both entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-000920-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is Plaintiff and BEVERLY ANN EASTERLY, BARBARA JEAN HIERS, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A JOSHUA EASTERLY, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY ON THE FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on December 9, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
