NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of October, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000913 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-9, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and SHAWN MITCHELL; ROBERT D. MITCHELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN MITCHELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT D. MITCHELL; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CITY OF NAPLES, FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOEL MITCHELL, Unknown Tenant #2, are defendants.
