Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 15, 2021 in the above-styled Case Number 21-000616-CA in the Circuit Court of CHARLOTTE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 17, Oyster Creek Mobile Home Park, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 29, et. seq. Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida; being further described in that Declaration of Condominium filed the 6th day of February 1985, in Official Records Book 804, Page 2053, et seq. as Clerk's Instrument Number 85-699675, Public Records of Charlotte County. Together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with a 1981 Libe mobile home, identification number 8030044, Title number 19280777, being 35 feet in length.
Property address: 6767 San Casa Drive, Englewood, Florida 34224 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on JANUARY 6th, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 11:00 A.M. on next business day following the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
