Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Disburse Funds entered in this cause on November 15, 2021, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
A parcel of Land lying in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 42 South, Range 25 East, Charlotte County, Florida being more specifically described as follows:
From the intersection of the Easterly line of said Section 22 and the Northerly Right-of-Way line of Cook Brown Road (which lies 50 feet Northerly of and parallel with the Southerly line of said Section 22) run South 89 Degrees 30 minutes 17 seconds West, along said Northerly Right -of-Way a distance of 695.36 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 Degrees 30 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 598.80 feet to the intersection with the Easterly Right-of-Way line of a 60 foot County Road; thence North 0 Degrees 12 minutes 54 seconds West along said Easterly Right-of-Way line, a distance of 424.94 feet; thence North 89 Degrees 27 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 598.62 feet; thence South 0 Degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 425.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.
And commonly known as: 39810 COOK BROWN ROAD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33982; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on January 7, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
