NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-CA-000218 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and Ronald R. Guisleman, Unknown heirs, grantees, beneficiaries, or other persons claiming by or through Ronald R. Guisleman, Deceased or his estate, Teresa A. Guisleman, Joseph Lee Guisleman, Ronald D. Guisleman, Karen Struck, Midland Funding, LLC is/are the Defendant(s).
Angelina Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 5, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 25, AVONDALE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 207 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
