NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Amended Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 12, 2021, and entered in Case No. 29-2017-CA-009362 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jeffrey S. Rosen, deceased, Baylife Luxury Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., Felicia Snyder , a possible Heir of the Estate of Jeffrey S. Rosen, deceased, HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA),The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Phillip Rosen, deceased, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the December 9, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
