NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2021, and entered in Case No.17-CC-042432 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DYANA BRAND-METCALF; KYLE METCALF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DYANA BRAND-METCALF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KYLE METCALF; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY AND THROUGH ITS AGENCY, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 A.M., on the 17th day of December, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
