Sewart aka Martha Adams aka Martha Cloutier, deceased, File Number 21-011841-ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the decedent's date of death was June 1, 2021; that the total value of the estate is $3,246.21 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
