NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2021 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on October 19, 2021, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Lot 35, less the West 105 feet thereof and less the East 120 feet thereof, Revised Plat of Airport Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 66, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with ingress and egress recorded in Deed Book 414, Page 43 and Official Records Book 1013, Page 441, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
