NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-CA-000329 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Bofam Construction Company, Inc c/o Gbolahana Akinrin, its RA, is/are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on December 14, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 10 and 11, GOULD PLACE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 8, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
