TO THE RESPONDENT, KEVIN ALLEN DAVIS, FATHER OF THE MINOR CHILD, GRACE LYNN MARIE DAVIS-ROBERTSON (DOB: 01/28/2015):
In this matter it appears from the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights for the Purposes of Adoption and Petition for Adoption, and the Motion, Order, and Affidavit for Publication, that diligent search and inquiry has been made as to the whereabouts and address of the Respondent, KEVIN ALLEN DAVIS.
The minor child, Grace Lynn Marie Davis-Robertson was born on January 28, 2015, in Orange County, Florida, to Sunshine Robertson.
KEVIN ALLEN DAVIS, you are hereby required to appear and answer the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights for the Purposes of Adoption and Petition for Adoption filed in the above-styled case within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this Notice and serve a copy of said Answer on the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Gibson County, Tennessee (at Humboldt), whose address is 1421 Osborne St. - Humboldt, TN 38343 and on Lanis L. Karnes, Attorney for Petitioners, at 2273 N. Highland Ave. - Suite A - Jackson, TN 38305, within the required time.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you on Monday, the 6th day of December, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in the Crockett County Circuit Court in Alamo, Tennessee, for the relief sought in the Petition.
It is ordered that this Notice be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer newspaper in Polk County, Florida.
