Lot 429 of unrecorded ORCHID SPRINGS PATIO HOMES, described as: That part of the NW1/4 of Section 36, Township 28 South, Range 26 East, Polk County, Florida, described as follows: Commence at the Northwest comer of said Section 36 and run East along the North boundary thereof a distance of 1474.29 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue along said North boundary a distance of 43.00 feet; thence South 0°13'00” East 119.74 feet to a point of a curve concave Southerly having a radius of 5420.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 0°27'19” an arc distance of 43.08 feet, said arc having a chord of 43.08 feet bearing North 86°47'30” West; thence North 0°13'00” West 117.33 feet to the Point of Beginning. The Northerly 15 feet and the Southerly 7.5 feet thereof subject to easements for utilities. Property Address: 429 San Jose Drive, Winter Haven FL 33884.
