NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2021, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC6, is the Plaintiff and VAN R. BROWN; ALISON T. BROWN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TRINITY OAKS COMMERCE CENTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; TRINITY WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 and #2, are the Defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 4, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 97. TRINITY WEST, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (the “Property”).
A/K/A: 2804 Flagler Court, Trinity, FL 34655.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
