NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2021 entered in Case No. 2013CA004225 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WESLEY POINTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and LISA SAPP is the Defendant, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of Court of Pasco County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of October, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
