NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 2, 2021, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-003109-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey Vaile, Charlesworth At Meadow Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the October 19, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK 12, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 16, UNIT 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
