Unit Week No. 42, in Condominium Parcel Number 13, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 959, at Page 1957 through 2017, in the public records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendment(s) thereto, if any.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Todd B.
