YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to quiet title to 910 E. Saint Clair Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida 33605, which is more particularly described as Lot 9, CUSHING SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to this action, if any, on Jonathan W. Newlon, Esquire, Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace, 15316 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL 33613, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the clerk of this court at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E.
