LUCAS; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 10481LD LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 10481 LUCAYA DRIVE LAND TRUST; BLACK POINT ASSETS INC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 10481 LUCAYA DRIVE LAND TRUST; STAR POINTE CAPITAL, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE 10481LD LAND TRUST; HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
