NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-CA-005231 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-KS9 is the Plaintiff and Nhuy Thi Le; CitiBank, N.A. successor by merger to CitiBank (South Dakota), National Association f/k/a CitiBank (South Dakota), N.A.; Quang Vinh Huu Do are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd
day of November, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 6, SEMINOLE CREST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF MAP OF PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
