Notice is hereby given that on Oct. 21, 2021 at 9:00 AM, offer by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com the following described Timeshare Ownership Interest:
Unit 5364, Week 35, Annual Coconut Plantation, a Condominium (the “Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4033, Page 3816, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto, and any amendments thereof (the “Declaration”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
The sale is being held pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on Sept. 21, 2021, in Civil Case No. 19-CA-007487, pending in the Circuit Court in Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
