NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-006754 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALISHA WANKE A/K/A ALISHA DIANE WANKE; NATHAN WANKE A/K/A NATHAN WILLIAM WANKE; BENJAMIN OLIER; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BENJAMIN OLIER N/K/A CARRIE OLIER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 am on the November 10, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13, 14 AND 15, BLOCK 2963, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 42, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 32 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A TIMELY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
