NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2021, and entered in 20-CA-005150 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INABS 2006-D is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALFONSE PELUSO, DECEASED; SUNTRUST BANK; DAWN PELUSO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH FRANK PELUSO A/K/A JOSEPH F. PELUSO, DECEASED; DAWN PELUSO; SARAH SMITH; JENNIFER WYANT; AMANDA SEVERA; JOSEPH PELUSO, JR. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 22, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
