NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 07/15/2021, and entered in Case No. 19-004609-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY K. WESTAWAY; DEBRA M. WESTAWAY; SUNTRUST BANK; LANSBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; LYNNWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 12, 2022 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 116, LYNNWOOD PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 23, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
