THE SALE IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE SALE WILL TAKE PLACE AT SSMR, INC.'S LOCATION AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 101 16TH AVENUE SOUTH, #1A, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33701
THE VESSEL SHALL BE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY AS TO TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR MERCHANTABILITY. SSMR, Inc. reserves the right to bid and purchase at the sale.
The sale shall be to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds. A condition of the sale is the removal of the vessel within forty-eight (48) hours of sale.
