NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-004368-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-16, Asset Backed 2006-16 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs Or Beneficiaries Of The Estate Of Therese P. Kane A/K/A Therese J. Kane, Deceased; PAUL JOSEPH PAVLYSHIN A/K/A PAUL J. PAVLYSHIN; TARA JEANNE PAVLYSHIN A/K/A TARA J. PAVLYSHIN; THOMAS JAMES PAVLYSHIN A/K/A THOMAS J. PAVLYSHIN; ROGER GEORGE KANE, II A/K/A ROGER G. KANE, II; Unknown Plenary Guardian of April Kane N/K/A The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 21st day of October, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BROADWATER UNIT 2, BLOCK 'M' REPLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
