NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-002154-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo is the Plaintiff Marielena L. Bermudez Caraballo, KC Construction & Maint a/k/a KC Construction & Maintenance Inc., and HSBC Finance Corporation as successor in interest to Beneficial Florida, Inc. is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 23, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 3, Block A, BAY BREEZE ESTATES, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 27, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
