NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2021, and entered in Case No. 52-2020-CA-005120 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Sheila B. Rickey, deceased, Donald E. Rickey, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Florida Housing Finance Corportation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 20, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 4, LEALMAN HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
