Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that Angelina Colonneso, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. , at online public sale at www.manatee. realforeclose.com on November 9, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Unit D-3136, Hidden Hollow a Condominium, (F/K/A Horizon-Desoto Lakes) a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 623 page 2 and amendments thereto and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 4 page 33 and Condominium Book 12, page 56, and amendments thereto Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
