NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020CA002829AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of November, 2021, the following described property:
APARTMENT J-11 BUILDING J, CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENT N/K/A CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 510, PAGE 58, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO INCLUDING AMENDMENT TO CREATE THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1447, PAGES 6642 THROUGH 6786, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 66 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
