NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit No. 202, in Building 7146, BOCA GROVE, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in
Official Records Book 1616, Page 4811 through 4892, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
