NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of September 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020CA-000329-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BARBARA M. REEDER ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC. FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk. realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of November 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
