NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2021 in the above action, the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Polk, Florida, on November 2, 2021, at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
All that certain parcel of land in the County of Polk, State of Florida to wit: Lot 49, of the unrecorded plat of CYPRESSWOOD and further described as follows: Beginning at a point 271.67 feet North and 1442.12 feet East of the Southwest corner of Section 29, Township 28 South, Range 27 East, Polk County, Florida; run South 75 degrees 18` West 120.00 feet; thence run North 14 degrees 42` West 190.00 feet; thence run North 75 degrees 18` East 120.00 feet; thence run South 14 degrees 42` East 190.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Tract is subject to an easement over the Southerly 6.00 feet thereof for public utilities.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
