COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, ALISHA LAWSON, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Osceola, on February 11, 2021. Case No: 21-CA-319.

THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 455 FEET OF THE SOUTH 316 FEET OF THE NORTH 716 FEET OF THE SW ¼ OF THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA. SUBJECT HOWEVER TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACCORSS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF, ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 275, KENT GROVE.
More commonly known as: 12640 McBride Road, Spring Hill, FL 34610
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 12381 S. Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before November 8, 2021, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court, 7530 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34654, either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
