NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2021, and entered in 11-2020-CA-002952 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JACK E. KRIZMAN A/K/A JACK KRIZMAN, DECEASED; JACK E. KRIZMAN, JR.; PATRICIA ANN SIMS MARRALI; MARY KAY PAQUELET; LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION III, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 21, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 107, BUILDING C-6, OF LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 889, PAGE 124, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
