NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th day of October, 2021, at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real properties:
Lot 21, Block 2452, 49th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 1, 1A through 1TT, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Lot 22, Block 2452, 49th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 1, 1A through 1TT, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2021-CA-002229-NC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
