NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated July 16, 2021, and was recorded July 30, 2021, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida as Instrument Number 2021140768, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SANDPIPER BEACH CLUB OF SIESTA KEY Manager's Office, 6414 Midnight Pass Road, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 2nd day of NOVEMBER, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
