Unit No. 40, CHARTER MILL, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 4524, at Page 496, and all attachments and amendments, and as recorded in the Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 62, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
