NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2021, and entered in 21-000780-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and JANET C. BROWER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 27, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, LESS THE EAST 40 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 66, HARBOR VIEW #1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
