NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 27, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003684 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-82, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-82 is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. GOVERNALE; MARIA GOVERNALE; REFLECTION LAKES 2 UNIT 3222, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; REFLECTION LAKES TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REFLECTION LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; REFLECTION LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC,; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee. realforeclose.com, 9:00 a.m., on October 28, 2021 , the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3222, OF REFLECTION LAKES TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3623, PAGES 2466 THROUGH 2638, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
