The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Department, at the School Administration Building, 301 Fourth Street SW, Largo, Florida, 33770-3536 until 3 p.m. E.T., on October 26, 2021 for the purpose of selecting a supplier/contractor for Color Point / Low Temp Serving Line Equipment.

Bid #: 22-165-063 Bid Title: Color Point / Low Temp Serving Line Equipment

The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select a supplier to provide and deliver Color Point / Low Temp Serving Line Equipment to the Pinellas County School District warehouse at Walter Pownall Service Center and to secure firm, net pricing for the contract period as specified herein. Installation of equipment will be provided by others.

Awarded bidder shall be required to make site visits to provide accurate field measurements and recommended layout before any equipment is ordered.

It is estimated that five (5) or more serving lines will be purchased in the first year in any combination for the models listed on the Bid Proposal Form pages 24-25.

Public opening of the bids will occur in the Room A318 at the above address and all interested parties are invited to be present.

Insurance is required for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids.
