YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT an action for declaratory judgment and to quiet title to declare the above-named Plaintiffs the rightful owners and holders of title to the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida:

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiffs' attorney, Beth A. Cronin, Esq., of Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, P.A. whose address is P.O. Box 3542, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33731, on or before NOVEMBER 8, 2021, which date shall be not less than 28 nor more than 60 days after the first publication of the notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
