NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 15, Building C, of THE PLANTATION, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 14366, Pages 833-889, and as further described in O.R. Book 137, Pages 1-7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 9861 66th Street North, #15, Pinellas Park, Florida, 33782.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 28, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
