NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-002934-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHRIS IRWIN, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of October, 2021, the following described property:
LOT 18, BLOCK 3, OLDSMAR COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 2, THE COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
