NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-003083-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and Florida International Investment Group a/k/a Florida International Investment Group LLC c/o its RA Heath Property MANAGEMENT is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 3, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 1, DOWLING-MCNABB'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
