NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-002226-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo is the Plaintiff An Nguyen, Cham Nguyen, Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., c/o its RA, MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC., State of Florida, Department of Revenue Director or any other person authorized to accept service, Clerk of the Circuit Court, for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County Florida, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC c/o its RA, CORPORATION SERVICE COMPANY, is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 3, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 6 and that portion of Lot 5 described as follows: From the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 5, run South 50°30'00' East, along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 5, 46.36 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence run North 79°29'30' East, 17.07 feet; thence South 10°30'30' East, 20.79 feet to said Southwesterly lot line; thence North 50°30'00' West, along said Southwesterly lot line, 26.91 feet to the Point of Beginning, all in Kensington Park, as recorded in Plat Book 65, Page 34, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
