NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-002228-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo is the Plaintiff Unknown Heirs, Grantees, Beneficiaries, Or Other Persons Claiming By Or Through Daniel H. Kieper, Deceased Or His Estate, Mark Kolas, Michael Kolas, Dana Kolas, Lori Kolas, Mary Anne Klimovich, is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 3, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The North 60 feet of Lot 6, YACHTHAVEN ESTATES, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 66, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
