To a certain Occupancy Agreement recorded on March 2, 2010, in Official Records Book 16843, Page 1617, leasing Unit #249, of CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., according to the plot plan of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, at Book 8736, Page 1265, amended in O.R. Book 9662, Page 597, amended in O.R. Book 10419, Page 785, the original of which is maintained in the office of the Corporation located at the property described in the Plot Plan, and an appurtenant share certificate, commonly known as Lot #249, CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., 9790 - 66th STREET NORTH, PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA, 33782, with Parcel I.D. #19-30-16-16438-000-2490.-1973-CNCR-

A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action on Westerman Law, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 970 Lake Carillon Dr., #300, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
