NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Order Granting Capital Formation Counselors, Inc.'s Motion for Entry of Charging Order Against Judgment Debtor Michael Pinkans' Membership Interest in Acorn Granite Services, LLC and to Foreclose Membership Interest (the “Foreclosure Order”), dated September 22, 2021, entered in Case No. 18-005067-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAPITAL FORMATION COUNSELORS, INC., ACORN GRANITE SERVICES LLC, and OWEN J. ROBERTS, are the Plaintiffs and MICHAEL S. PINKANS is the Defendant, Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell at a public sale conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 10:00 AM on October 25, 2021, the following described property as set forth in the Foreclosure Order:
Michael S. Pinkans' 10% membership interest in Acorn Granite Services, LLC
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner of the above-described asset, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
